Dragon Update:
GIRNIO IS OUT! He's glazed and everything and he is fabulous! As promised, here he is...

The others are not yet glazed, but Girnio is right now here with me.

Okay, so I wanted to do a little devotional. I know some of you skip this (I am MAGIC like that), but don't for this, for it does apply to everyday life of the average teen.

Psalm 42: 1-4
(1) As the deer longs for streams of water
so I long for you, O God
(2) I thirst for God, the living God.
When can I go and stand before him?
(3) Day and night I only have tears for food,
While my enemies continually taunt me, saying
"Where is this God of yours?"
(4) My heart is breaking
as I remember how it used to be.
I walked among the crowds of worshipers,
leading a great procession to the house of God.
Singing for joy and giving thanks
amids the sound of a great celebration

Doing my nightly devotions, this jumped out at me as a teen. Especially the last line of verse 3 "Where is this God of yours?" You could almost hear the scorn and the pain David bore. I was moved by these words, connecting on a whole new level. This isn't only in my life, but in every Christian's life. But when I read God's word, I feel safe again. I long for God to reach for me and touch my life, and He does! He's there for me and I know I love Him. If we go farther down Psalm 42 to verse 8 it says this:

(8) But each day the Lord pours his
unfailing love upon me,
and through each night I sing his songs,
praying to God who gives me life.

Each day. Unfailing. Not just for one day until you slip up, for forever.

Wow! That is so cool! He looks so awesome! How did you do that? What kind of clay did you use? do you have to use a kiln (Or what ever it's called.) or can you use an oven? Etc. Etc.

Squeaks: Thanks! I loved how his glaze sorta caught the image of his personality
Eagle: Thank you!
Scezzle: Wow. Hellow. You post a lot of comments my wonderful furry friend. For your first comment: I used the clay that my art teacher gave me. We did use a kiln, and I made it by a lot of scoring and slipping (aka scratching the clay and applying a clay glue called slip that is made of mainly water and a bit of clay). Oh, and if you ever want to learn more, I'll gladly set up a post. I'm glad you like the pictures! And I just followed your new blog!
